Miller is Crawling!!!

Our baby boy is really crawling now! He has been sliding backwards for about a month. Then just a day or so ago he started sliding forward. I figured he would do that for a while but yesterday he actually got up on all fours and crawled! Now he is crawling all over the place. He has so much fun playing because he can go get what he wants. This I know will be a bad thing too! We are defintely going to have to watch his every move now!!!

Taylor dressed Miller yesterday in the new Yankees outfit he had ordered. He was so excited that he learned how to crawl while wearing it! ha! :) Sadie Mae was right there too. Miller loves her so much and the feeling is finally becoming mutual (I think)....Well, here is the video - sorry that it is a little shaky. I had to kick the ball so he could go after it. GO MILLER!!!!!

Visiting Mimi and Clay-Clay

Well, we have been busy on Spring Break so I have lots of new posts!!!

Taylor went out of town for work for a few days so Miller, Sadie, and I went to stay with Mimi and Clay-Clay in Eupora. We had a great time! Mimi even got Miller the aquarium just like he has in his bed at home so he would sleep good. :) Thanks Mimi....

Favorite toy that Mimi pulled out - he loved to knock it down!!

Clay-Clay feeding Miller.

Eating at Abner's in Tupelo.

Worn out from shopping....notice the foot propped up.

Still going backwards.....

He loves to look out the window - especially while standing up!

We had great time Mimi and Clay-Clay! Hope to come back real soon!

SPRING BREAK!!!

I have REALLY enjoyed being home for Spring Break. Miller is just the sweetest baby and spending this time with him has been so much fun! I am going to miss him so much during the day when school starts back on Monday! Oh well, back to reality I guess....

Here is Miller in his "big boy" overalls that Vivi gave him - such a good looking boy!

You can see his one tooth in this pic...

Trying to learn to crawl - forwards!

Looking at his books and pulling them all in the floor.

Playing with Dada is so much fun!!!

Sadie Mae and Miller have gotten to be good friends - most of the time! :)

Miller's Playdate With Ainsley

Miller and Ainsley are growing up so fast! We went to Moss and Shannon's and they had a great time playing together even though Miller likes to take Ainsley's toys! He actually watches to see what she is going to pick up and then he goes for it. :) Sorry Ainsley!

A few new things

Well, Miller got his first tooth.!! I noticed it the day after he turned 9 months. It was already coming through the gum when I noticed it though. He has been putting everything in his mouth since he was about 3 months and so I have been expecting a tooth to come for a while. I used to check his mouth all the time but lately I have not been looking as much. Well, I was changing his diaper and there it was!!!! I keep trying to get a good picture where you can see it but haven't yet.

Another new thing is Miller is finally getting up on his knees. He has been getting around but he has been sliding - mostly backwards, too. Today when I was at home with him he actually got on his knees. So it seems crawling should not be too far behind....

FUNNY NAP!

Miller has been sick so I stayed home with him today. Even though he was sick I really enjoyed being able to spend the day with him. When it came time for a nap, I put him in his bed and then I started cleaning the house. After a few minutes I thought I would check on him so I looked on the video monitor and was surprised at what I saw! I had to go in to get a closer look.....

He was SOUND asleep sitting up! :)

SNOW!!

We actually got some snow in Greenwood! When we went to bed last night it was not snowing so we were shocked to wake up and see it on the ground. As soon as Miller woke up we got him all bundled up and took him outside so he could see it before it melted. We could not get him to smile though because he was so preoccupied looking at the snow!
