Double Decker

We went to Oxford this past weekend and stayed with Moss and Shannon Melton for Double Decker. Friday night Moss made Lusco's shrimp and it was delicious! I was a little nervous about putting Miller to bed because this was his first time to sleep in his pack n' play since he was a newborn, but he did really well. I was hoping he would since that is what he will be sleeping in at the beach this summer! On Saturday we went downtown around 1:00 and the weather was beautiful. Miller and Ainsley both fell sleep after their bottles on the square. While they were asleep they had their picture made with Colonel Reb. They woke up in time to get some group pictures made before Shannon and I took them back to the condo. Taylor and Moss went on the baseball game. It was a fun weekend! Thanks Moss and Shannon!

Easter Weekend

This was Miller's 1st Easter and he had fun even though he did not feel well. We went to church in Greenwood and then headed to Mimi's for Easter lunch. He enjoyed playing with his cousins, Maggie and Kinsley. He only had a 30 minute nap on the way to Eupora but was happy the whole time. I think he just had so much fun, esp. now that he can crawl and try to keep up with everyone, he did not even think about being sleepy!

SPRING!

We are so glad that Spring has arrived! The warmer weather has been so nice since we can get outside! I took some pictures of Miller in front of the azaleas in our yard. He was loving the sunshine!!

We cooked out with the Gnemis a few weekends ago. Miller had so much fun watching James Hyer and Matthew run around that I think that is one of the things that got him crawling. That night he started locking his legs every time I would put him down so he would be in a standing position rather than a sitting one. He wanted to be a "big boy" and move like them! He started crawling less than a week after playing with them!
